My god! This music video is going to be so freaking lovely. I covered Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen and we recently went out to First People’s Buffalo Jump State Park in Greatfalls Montana to shoot my FIRST music video! Ashley Hagler came on to dance in the video and I seriously started crying….she’s amazing. I decided I need to stretch more after watching her dance like an angel for three days straight. The production team, Thomas, Sam and Caelan from Ndigena, were not only the coolest humans I have worked with but also amazing at what they do. They were speaking a lot of “Camera” which is a language I do not speak but they clearly know it well….as you will see soon. We also had Nina Alviar crushing the make up hour like a magic woman. She did mine and Ashley’s make up perfectly all three days of the shoot and we just love her and her bubbly personality as well. And last but not least I am so glad my mom and brother were able to come along for the ride. They were both “gap filler heroes” making sure everything any of us forgot was taken care of. I can’t wait for you guys to see the video. Keep and eye out for it at the end of October!
